Here is the latest news for the DLC for Onslaught, this is again another reason why dedicated servers would have been better in the hands of clans to change them as they wish instead of the third party system they have now. I know they have some control but it is merely a gesture in my book and need to be able to do more.

The Battlefield Blog says the following:

The new co-op game mode, Onslaught is available on PlayStation 3 in North America from today and tomorrow (Wednesday 23rd) in Europe.
Onslaught mode puts a squad of up to 4 players into new co-op missions against an army of enemy AI across 4 maps all while squads compete to obtain the best time on the Onslaught specific leaderboards against other squads as well as the ability to unlock 8 new Achievements/Trophies.
Available through the in game store Onslaught can be picked up for $9,99/€8,99/£6,99 on PlayStation Network or 800 Microsoft Points on Xbox Live Marketplace.

Xbox 360 owners will be able to pick up Onslaught mode in the very near future and we are also still investigating the possibility of Onslaught coming to PC.

This info was posted on another gaming website - The Gameinformer:

PS3 players can squad up and get their co-op Onslaught on today, but Xbox (and PC) gamers will have to console themselves with this trailer for the immediate future.
EA has not yet given a new release date for the Xbox version of Onslaught, nor has a reason been given for the delay. PC gamers are left out in the cold for the foreseeable future since BFBC2's dedicated servers are run by third-party providers who aren't terribly keen on reducing their playercount from 32 to 4.

Have you all noticed that usually when they get round to mentioning the PC they always put it in brackets. It seems that the post was edited at some point when they realised they hadn't included the good old PC. A sort of after thought.

Have a look at the trailer, PS3 owners enjoy, Xboxers and PC owners, grab your coats we are left in the cold :(

Puggy reading your post seems to be telling me (1) they want money from us and (2) i dont think they care a monkey for us PC gamers.

It seems all round now that more money is demanded for game extras and the consoles now seem to be the priority. This should never be the case as they should have a team for consoles and for the PC. That way they could release DLC's at the same time and not favour one or the other. Whichever method you use to play a game it still costs a lot of money in the first place and we all have the right to additional content released at the same time. I would imagine that there is only one team doing everything and can only release one thing at a time. To save money of course. Outrageous behaviour I think from such large organisations to release games and then promise one thing to one platform and keep the others waiting, whichever way round it is.
